The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay which made me feel welcome right away. I appreciated the noon check-out option that gave me a little extra time to relax in my room.

Housekeeping woke me up at 9 am despite the late check-out.

The hotel has a friendly staff that goes the extra mile, including helpful people like Billie and Danny. However, the noise from nearby parties made it difficult to sleep, which was quite disappointing. Overall, a good choice if you're looking for a nice location and decent service.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the fast internet, 24-hour reception, and the fitness center, which make my stay enjoyable. The staff once helped me print tickets promptly, making my first visit memorable. I highly recommend it!

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We explored the nearby Gahanna Municipal Golf Course and enjoyed a lovely evening at Creekside Gahanna. The location was perfect, with easy access to fun spots and great food options. The breakfast at the Bistro was tasty, making mornings bright!

Unfortunately, the shower didn’t match the online photos and had some issues. The air conditioner was quite loud, which made it hard to sleep. However, the staff was friendly and clean. They need to work on a few things for sure.

Great fitness centre and a cozy indoor swimming pool made it even better. Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious with fresh options.
